Title: Project Manager
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and to quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams manages risks and changes and ensures clear communication with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers QA and business analysts.
Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Communicate project status milestones and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Facilitate Agile or Waterfall processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation of requirements processes and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 4 years) managing projects.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
