The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys technical challenges, and can work closely with customers, project teams to deliver effective self-service solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide expertise on the deployment and use of NCR software solutions.\n\nPerform troubleshooting and optimization activities on production systems.\n\nConduct workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and specifications.\n\nCustomize system software to align with customer business and technical requirements.\n\nWork in conjunction with engineering teams to implement and support self-service software solutions based on the NCR APTRA family of solutions.\n\nReview logs and traces to identify and resolve technical issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in a professional manner.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation related to implementations and support activities.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\nAbility to review and analyze logs and traces.\n\nWell versed in software and hardware deployment, networking, LAN/WAN, security, LDAP, and related technologies.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.\n\nVery good communication and documentation skills.\n\nFluent English, both written and verbal.\n\nExposure to and previous experience with ATM and/or POS application terminals is an advantage.\n\nExperience in Banking IT sector is a Plus.\n\nEager to learn new technologies and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
