This role is focused on owning the product vision and managing software development teams, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong experience in software product management, working closely with engineering teams, and ideally has exposure to Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality industries.\nThis is a hands-on role that combines product ownership, Agile execution, and team leadership to drive successful product outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.\nAct as the Product Owner, managing the product backlog and ensuring clear, actionable user stories.\nWork closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features and requirements.\nGather and incorporate user feedback and market insights to continuously improve the product.\nLead and coordinate cross-functional software development teams (engineering, QA, UX/UI).\nDrive end-to-end delivery of digital products and applications using Agile methodologies.\nEnsure efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery execution.\nMonitor timelines, scope, and quality of deliverables.\nServe as the main point of contact between business, product, and technology teams.\nAlign stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.\nClearly communicate product updates, risks, and progress.\nTrack and analyze product performance metrics and KPIs.\nDrive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.\nOptimize product functionality based on user behavior and business impact.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development environments.\nStrong background leading or working closely with development teams.\nHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).\nAbility to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize effectively.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience delivering digital products or software solutions.\nAdvanced English is a must\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality industries, especially related to digital or software solutions.\nFamiliarity with customer-facing applications, POS systems, or operational platforms.\nTechnical understanding of software development processes and systems architecture.\nExperience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
