NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.\nPosition: AI & Hyperautomation Engineer II\nLocation: Serbia\nGrade: P2\nJob Type: Full-time\nResponsibilities:Analyze customer and business requirements to support automation, conversational AI, and hyperautomation initiatives.\nSupport the development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AI Voice and Chat Agents.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to improve AI-powered customer experiences.\nDevelop and maintain solution documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.\nConfigure and maintain solutions built on Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate, Azure, and related platforms.\nSupport conversational design activities, including conversation flows, intents, prompts, routing, and escalation logic.\nMaintain and optimize RAG implementations, knowledge repositories, vector databases, and retrieval configurations.\nAssist with API integrations, workflow development, MCP service integrations, and process automation initiatives.\nSupport deployment and release activities using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.\nMonitor agent performance, customer interactions, evaluation results, and operational metrics.\nTroubleshoot production issues, investigate defects, and implement optimization improvements.\nExecute regression testing and validation activities before production deployments.\nSupport automated evaluations by maintaining evaluation datasets, test cases, and regression scenarios.\nAnalyze conversation data and evaluation results to identify quality improvement opportunities.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives for conversational AI, automation, and customer experience programs.\nResearch emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.\n\nPreferred Skills:Experience with Google CX Studio; Dialogflow experience is considered a plus.\nFamiliarity with Google ADK or similar AI agent development frameworks.\nKnowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.\nExperience working with Python and API integrations.\nUnderstanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and RAG concepts.\nFamiliarity with vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge management solutions.\nExperience supporting AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, virtual assistants, or automation platforms.\nUnderstanding of automated evaluations, testing methodologies, and conversational analytics.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nRequired Skills: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in automation, software development, conversational AI, AI agents, or hyperautomation roles.\nBasic to intermediate Python development experience.\nExperience using Git-based source control systems.\nUnderstanding of AI fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and RAG concepts.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.\n\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
