We are currently recruiting across Denmark.\nPosition Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:\nTo diagnose and make minor repairs and to replace modules on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals, second line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks. For the right profile we are looking to develop your network and infrastructure skillset.\nResponsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction\nResponsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements\nMay require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods.
