The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud-based AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities to solve complex business problems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and implement machine learning and generative AI models using Azure OpenAI and related services. \nDevelop and fine-tune LLM-based solutions for tasks such as summarization, classification, Q&A, and content generation. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. \nBuild and deploy scalable AI pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services. \nEvaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize for accuracy, latency, and cost. \nStay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and Azure AI ecosystem. \nEnsure responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy. \n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. \n3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. \nProven experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services. \nStrong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). \nExperience with NLP techniques and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA). \nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model deployment on Azure. \nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS). \nKnowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure DevOps). \nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). \nCertifications in Azure AI or Data Science. \n\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\n\nEEO Statement\n\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to equal employment opportunity.
