In this role, you will be responsible for software deployments, troubleshooting and analyzing operational issues, creating detailed reports, maintaining customer operational documentation, and continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nAs a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, testing, deploying, and supporting software solutions while contributing to the ongoing optimization, stability, and reliability of our systems and services.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate closely with Development and Operations teams to automate deployment processes and ensure software releases are delivered according to established schedules.\nDocument, review, and continuously improve existing and new operational processes to drive efficiency and reliability across the DevOps environment.\nAnalyze system logs and operational data to identify issues, extract relevant information, and support seamless integration across multiple products and components.\nMonitor and troubleshoot software deployments, providing clear, detailed, and accurate analysis while ensuring transparency throughout the resolution process.\nAdapt to customer-specific operational requirements by following best practices and implementing evolving operational procedures.\nGenerate operational and analytical reports while developing automation solutions to streamline reporting and data collection.\nAct as a central point of contact for incident triage, coordination, and escalation, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.\nParticipate actively in team meetings, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and special projects aimed at improving processes, tooling, and operational effectiveness.\nContribute to the night-shift DevOps support rotation, providing out-of-hours deployment and operational support to meet customer service requirements.\nWhat You'll Have the Opportunity to Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation tools and scripts that improve software delivery and operational efficiency.\nWork with modern cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and containerized environments.\nGain hands-on experience supporting large-scale deployment environments and mission-critical systems.\nContribute to the continuous evolution of DevOps practices and operational excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.\nStrong understanding of software systems, infrastructure, and networking concepts.\nExperience working with YAML configuration files.\nBackground in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, or a related technical field.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent troubleshooting, investigation, and documentation abilities.\nCritical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAt least 1 year of relevant professional experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Python scripting and automation.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and APIs.\nExperience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including queries, dashboards, APIs, and validation of generated assets stored in cloud buckets.\nExperience with Git and GitHub.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n3+ years of relevant professional experience.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
