Through employer branding, campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and talent attraction campaigns, you'll help showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities while contributing to a best-in-class candidate experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nStarting in Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix leaders, and gain exposure to career opportunities across Human Resources. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.\nRequirements\nDemonstrated interest in Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Campus Recruiting, Communications, Human Resources, or related business functions\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field\nExpected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences\nAbility to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and work across teams and stakeholder groups\nDemonstrated learning agility, including the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, apply feedback, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong attention to detail and interest in creating engaging candidate experiences that strengthen the employer brand\nLocation\nInternships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.\nDuration\nThe NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late- May to early August.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
