NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.\nTITLE: IT Procurement Manager - Infrastructure & Cloud\nLOCATION: Atlanta, GA (on-site)\nPOSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:\nThe IT Procurement Manager - Infrastructure & Cloud Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across NCR Voyix's infrastructure, cloud, networking, managed services, and technology services categories. This role partners with technology, finance, legal, and business leaders to optimize spend, manage supplier relationships, and deliver commercial value while supporting the company's technology roadmap.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier selection activities for cloud, infrastructure, networking, managed services, telecommunications, and related technology categories.\nNegotiate and manage enterprise agreements, software licenses, cloud commitments, managed services agreements, and Statements of Work to achieve favorable commercial, operational, and risk outcomes.\nDevelop and execute category strategies that drive cost savings, supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and alignment with business and technology objectives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business priorities.\nManage strategic supplier performance through governance, business reviews, service-level monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide market intelligence, benchmarking, financial analysis, and sourcing recommendations to support investment decisions, contract renewals, and long-term technology planning.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\nFive or more years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management experience.\nThree or more years sourcing and negotiating technology-related categories, including infrastructure, cloud, software, managed services, telecommunications, or professional services.\nDemonstrated experience leading end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiations, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and commercial agreements.\nStrong understanding of software licensing, cloud services, managed services, technology contracts, and total cost of ownership analysis.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nSeven or more years of technology sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.\nExperience negotiating agreements with major technology providers such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Oracle, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar suppliers.\nKnowledge of cloud consumption models, infrastructure services, managed services, and technology supplier governance.\nMBA, CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, FinOps, cloud certification, or other relevant advanced degree or certification.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
