The role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing access requests, and delivering an excellent customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRespond to customer requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone.\n\nTroubleshoot SaaS application issues using established procedures and knowledge articles.\n\nManage incidents, service requests, and basic configuration changes.\n\nAssist users with account access, password resets, user provisioning, roles, and permissions.\n\nProvide guidance on application features, onboarding, and general usage.\n\nDocument troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.\n\nEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when needed.\n\nKeep customers informed throughout the support process.\n\nRequired Knowledge:\nBasic understanding of SaaS applications and cloud environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Azure or GCP, SSO, MFA, and IAM.\n\nBasic knowledge of web browsers, DNS, authentication, and user access management.\n\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and integrations is a plus.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\nStrong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\n\nStrong attention to detail and documentation.\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple cases.\n\n0-2 years of experience in SaaS, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Support.\n\nExperience with cloud applications and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, etc.) is an advantage.\n\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
