This person will help translate strategy into execution by bringing structure to ambiguity, developing actionable plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives through delivery.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, experience working with technology product and software development teams, and a demonstrated ability to identify what needs to happen next and make it happen.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Program Execution\nLead the planning and execution of technology-enabled service initiatives, including Application Managed Services, Service Companion, AI Customer Support solutions, and future digital offerings.\nTranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and implementation roadmaps.\nDrive alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, Support, and Commercial teams.\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, decisions, and resource needs to keep initiatives on track.\nTechnology & Product Partnership\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects, and operational leaders to understand product roadmaps and implementation plans.\nBridge business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer and business objectives.\nSupport pilots, launches, adoption planning, and operational readiness activities.\nExecutive Communications & Planning\nCreate executive presentations, business cases, implementation plans, status updates, and recommendations.\nFacilitate decision-making by clearly articulating options, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.\nSupport strategic planning and prioritization efforts across the organization.\nRequired Skills\nStructured Problem Solver\nAble to take an ambiguous objective and quickly identify the key workstreams, stakeholders, decisions, dependencies, and actions required for success.\nBrings structure, clarity, and direction to complex situations.\nThinks ahead and anticipates challenges before they impact outcomes.\nTechnology-Aware Operator\nExperience working directly with software development, product management, product operations, technical program management, or technology transformation teams.\nStrong understanding of how technology products are developed, launched, and supported.\nComfortable engaging with technical teams and translating technical concepts into business actions and decisions.\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates may come from backgrounds such as:\nStrategy & Operations\nProduct Operations\nTechnical Program Management\nProduct Management\nTechnology Strategy & Execution\nBusiness Architecture\nDigital Transformation\nManagement Consulting\nChief of Staff organizations supporting technology, product, or operational leaders\nExperience in one or more of the following environments is highly desirable:\nTop-tier strategy consulting firms (MBB) or leading technology-focused consulting organizations\nFintech, payments, SaaS, enterprise software, retail technology, or technology-enabled services companies\nProduct-led organizations responsible for developing, launching, and scaling software products and digital solutions\nIndustry experience in payments, managed services, customer support technologies, AI-enabled products, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred but not required.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nA highly structured thinker who combines the problem-solving skills of a strategy consultant with the execution mindset of a technology operator.\nThis individual has experience working alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, and business leaders and understands how technology products move from concept to implementation.
