NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.\nTitle: Project Co-ordinator\nLocation: Belgrade (On-site)\nRole Purpose\nThe Project Co-ordinator provides structured administrative, planning and operational support to Project Managers and the wider PMO, ensuring deployment projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. The role acts as a central point of co-ordination between customers, field engineers, Remote Technical Support (RTS), suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate project data, tracking progress to plan and proactively highlighting risks and issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning and Scheduling\nSupport Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and deployment roll-out calendars.\nSchedule site surveys, installations and engineer visits, ensuring resources, equipment and access arrangements are confirmed in advance.\nCo-ordinate logistics, including hardware shipments, staging and delivery to site in line with the project timeline.\nTrack milestones and dependencies, escalating potential delays to the Project Manager at the earliest opportunity.\nStakeholder Communication and Co-ordinatio n\nAct as a day-to-day point of contact for customers, site contacts, field engineers and third-party suppliers.\nLiaise with Remote Technical Support (RTS) and field teams to monitor installation progress and resolve on-site issues.\nOrganise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions through to closure.\nEnsure clear, timely and professional communication across all project stakeholders, including local country teams where applicable.\nReporting and Governance\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project data within the centralised deployment tracking tool (e.g. EPM / ServiceNow PM).\nProduce daily, weekly and monthly progress-to-plan reports, dashboards and KPI summaries for internal and customer audiences.\nMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) and support escalation in line with PMO governance processes.\nEnsure project documentation, including change requests, site sign-offs and completion records, is complete, controlled and auditable.\nCommercial and Administrative Support\nSupport billing activities by confirming completed work and providing accurate data to finance teams in a timely manner.\nRaise and track purchase orders and monitor supplier invoices against agreed project budgets.\nAssist with project close-down activities, including lessons learned, final reporting and handover to support.\nContribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and standard operating procedures.\nSkills and Experience\nEssential\nProven experience in a project co-ordination, PMO or operational support role, ideally within IT, technology deployment or field services.\nStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.\nProactive problem-solving approach with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.\nDesirable\nExperience of hardware and software deployments within Retail, Hospitality or Restaurant environments.\nFamiliarity with project management and tracking tools such as ServiceNow, EPM, Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.\nExperience working within a multi-country or matrix organisation.\nAdditional European language skills (e.g. Italian and Czech).\nKey Competencies\nOrganisation: Plans and prioritises work effectively to meet deadlines.\nCommunication: Conveys information clearly, accurately and professionally.\nOwnership: Takes responsibility for tasks and follows them through to completion.\nCollaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.\nCustomer Focus: Understands customer requirements and maintains a high standard of service.\nAdaptability: Responds positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
