Throughout the summer, you will receivementorship from experienced professionals,engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Sales Operations. The experience culminates at ourInternship Expo, where you will present your project,showcaseyour impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.\nSolve business challenges by applying critical thinking skills,utilizingappropriate resources,identifyingroot causes, and driving issues to resolution.\n\nImprove sales effectiveness through reporting and analysis of financial, operational, andpeoplemetrics for the Retail organization.\n\nStrengthen data quality by reviewing key data elements and supporting ongoing hygiene and improvement efforts across central databases.\n\nIncrease pipeline visibility through funnel analysis, trend identification, and the development of regular funnel review processes.\n\nSupport go-to-market execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams on sales and business initiatives.\n\nDrive growth initiatives through sales enablement and go-to-market strategy projects.\n\nRequirements\nDemonstrated interest in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, or related business functions\n\nCurrently pursuing abachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations\n\nEffective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences and manage multiple priorities\n\nDemonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong attention to detail andproficiencywith Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools preferred\n\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
