NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.\nTitle: SeniorLinuxSystem Security Engineer\nGrade: P3\nLocation: Belgrade, Serbia\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm CET\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nAdvanced Patch Management: Overseeing and implementing advanced Linuxpatch management strategies, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and resilient against existing and emerging vulnerabilities.\nComprehensive Vulnerability Management: Leading comprehensive vulnerability assessments of identified security risks in order to mitigate them in accordance with industry standards and best practices, as well as customer policies.\nExpert Baseline and Hardening: Setting the gold standard for security baselines and hardening, for various environments (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS, network devices, etc.) and guiding the team to adhere to these standards.\nProvide training to internal teams on cybersecurity best practices.\nDevelop and implement security solutions for new and existing systems and applications.\nCreate and review internal processes and ensure they are in line with customer policies.\nWork with other IT teams to solve information security system problems and issues.\nRespect NCRV procedures, as well as the team’s internal procedures.\nPerform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with qualifications.\nSupport daily and/or OOH activities on request in accordance with pre-defined plans.\nPython Scripting - maintaining the deployment web platform\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nExtensive experience in cyber security roles, demonstrating expertise in advanced Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Baseline and Hardening\nStrong knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.\nIn-depth knowledge of security concepts such as threat analysis, vulnerability management/assessment, and incident response.\nProficiency in scripting languages and Linux systems administration at an expert level.\nExcellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, and ability to work both independently and across a team.\nNice to Have:\nRelevant certifications: LFCS, CISA, CISSP or similar\nExperience in roles such asDevSecOps, DevOps or SRE\nExperience with tools: Rapid 7,Intune, CloudIQ, AirWatch/Workspace One, and Defender\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
