This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlogs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that drive business value.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with technical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements.\nOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\nWork closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\nLead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery.\nAnalyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.\nServe as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric product design and functionality.\nTrack product outcomes and KPIs, identifying opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement.\nCommunicate product updates, roadmap priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport and mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to product management best practices across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.\nProven experience delivering software products in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product management methodologies.\nExperience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.\nDemonstrated ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExperience working with product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a related field.\nExperience supporting retail technology, commerce, payments, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software platforms.\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.\nExperience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and data-driven product development.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a global environment.\nKey Competencies\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap Planning\nAgile Product Ownership\nStakeholder Management\nCustomer-Centric Mindset\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nData-Driven Decision Making\nCommunication & Influencing Skills\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job\nEEO Statement\nIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
