The PM may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.\nEssential Job Requirements:\nStrong presentation skills and prior experience in presenting to management teams\nStrong program and project management skills\nPrior experience working in the services organization is preferred or an advantage but not essential\nTeam Management - assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members\nProcess Management and Continuous Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.\nSolid understanding of development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment\n10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams. PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred\nExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team\nSkills Required:\nManagement Reporting and high standard presentation skills\nStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands\nAnalytical tools: Power BI, Data lakes, Smartsheet, Excel and other reporting tools\nStrong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building\nStrong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence\nSolid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:\nKnowledge of Agile Project Management tools\nExcellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level\nCreative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
