The role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful solution adoption, operational excellence, and business value realization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, consulting skills, and customer engagement capabilities to deliver exceptional service and build confidence in NCR's solutions and services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide post-go-live support for NCR software solutions, ensuring system stability, performance, and customer satisfaction.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software configurations and solutions.\n\nConfigure, customize, and optimize NCR products and solutions to meet customer operational and business needs.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.\n\nConduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.\n\nCollaborate with internal development, product, support, and project teams to resolve customer challenges.\n\nDocument customer requirements, solution designs, configurations, and support activities.\n\nSupport software upgrades, patches, releases, and system enhancements.\n\nAssist in solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.\n\nDeliver technical guidance, product knowledge, and best-practice recommendations to customers.\n\nMonitor solution performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nMaintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout issue resolution and project activities.\n\nParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and service delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), or a related field.\n\n6 to 7 years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, software support, implementation, or a related field.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWillingness to travel approximately 15% to 25% as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSQL experience\n\nMicrosoft Server Product Knowledge\n\nPrevious experience within ATM/banking industry is a plus\n\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
