Exceptional delivery creates opportunity.\nWe're looking for a commercially minded Client Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery outcomes and strengthen strategic client relationships across our Commercial portfolio.\nThis is an opportunity to step beyond traditional delivery management. You'll sit at the intersection of client relationships, technology delivery and business growth - ensuring we deliver exceptional outcomes while identifying opportunities to create even greater value for our clients.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn delivery outcomes: Lead end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements, driving quality, governance, risk management and financial performance.\n\nBuild trusted relationships: Partner with senior client stakeholders, understand their business priorities and become a trusted delivery advisor.\n\nTurn delivery into growth: Identify opportunities within existing engagements, shape solutions and convert successful delivery into expanded business.\n\nDrive commercial performance: Own delivery forecasting, revenue, margins and corrective actions to ensure sustainable outcomes.\n\nLead through collaboration: Work closely with Account, Practice and People Leaders to mobilise the right capabilities and build high-performing delivery teams.\n\nRaise the bar: Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement and strong delivery practices.\n\n Proven experience leading IT Professional Services engagements within complex enterprise environments.\n\nStrong delivery leadership across projects, consulting or hybrid delivery models.\n\nExperience working with Commercial sector clients across industries such as retail, FMCG, property, infrastructure, transport, utilities or other large enterprise environments.\n\nA track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.\n\nCommercial acumen and an understanding of revenue, margin, forecasting and contract performance.\n\nA growth mindset - someone who can spot opportunities, influence outcomes and turn great delivery into lasting client partnerships.\n\nThe ability to bring delivery, account and capability teams together to achieve shared goals.\n\n Why NCS?\nThis is a place for people who like to get stuck in, bring ideas to life and make things happen.
