We work collaboratively, challenge the status quo and give our people the opportunity to make an impact - for our clients, our communities and each other.\n Contract Opportunity - ASAP start until March 2027\nSupport the Cloud and Corporate Networks teams across infrastructure, operations, transformation projects, and security initiatives.\nEngineer, support, and optimise multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP), with a strong focus on Azure.\nDesign and manage secure, resilient cloud infrastructure and shared services, including DNS, proxy, backup, and SOE.\nDeliver cyber hardening, security controls, operational resilience, and governance initiatives across enterprise cloud platforms.\nProvide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex cloud and infrastructure issues.\nDesign and implement cloud networking, automation, monitoring, and container platforms using technologies such as Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nCollaborate with architecture, security, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned cloud solutions.\nSupport enterprise CAB and change management processes, balancing governance, risk, and delivery outcomes.\n Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.\nStrong enterprise cloud engineering experience with Azure and working knowledge of AWS and GCP.\nProven experience in cloud governance, cyber hardening, security controls, and operational resilience within large enterprise environments.\nHands-on experience designing and managing shared services including DNS, proxy, backup, and SOE.\nStrong understanding of cloud security, compliance, ITSM, CAB, and change management processes.\nExperience providing Level 3 support for complex cloud and infrastructure environments.\nStrong expertise in cloud networking, automation, and scripting (Python, Shell).\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native container platforms.\nExperience implementing monitoring, observability, and performance management solutions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance security, governance, and delivery outcomes.\n Why NCS?\nThis is a place for people who like to get stuck in, bring ideas to life and make things happen.
