Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and support teams, you will translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and initiatives.\nEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business processes and desired outcomes.\nTranslate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow specifications, and functional documentation.\nSupport ServiceNow configuration activities by providing detailed functional requirements and guidance to development teams.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.\nCoordinate and support UAT activities, including test planning, test data preparation, defect management, triage, and business user support.\nWork collaboratively with developers, testers, architects, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nAssist with release planning, change management, and deployment readiness activities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across ServiceNow processes and workflows.\n Strong experience working as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Specialist.\nSolid understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and platform capabilities.\nProven experience documenting business, functional, and configuration requirements.\nExperience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.\nStrong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.\nExperience coordinating and supporting UAT activities.\nAbility to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n Why NCS?\nThis is a place for people who like to get stuck in, bring ideas to life and make things happen.
