We work collaboratively, challenge the status quo and give our people the opportunity to make an impact - for our clients, our communities and each other.\n This is 3 month contract opportunity.\nProvide hands-on administration and operational support for Jira and Microsoft Fabric environments.\nManage user access, roles, permissions, and platform governance.\nDevelop and maintain technical and architectural documentation.\nFacilitate architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and policies.\nSupport platform optimisation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLiaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions effectively.\nContribute to technical planning, solution design, and implementation activities.\nEnsure compliance with organizational governance, security, and architecture frameworks.\n SFIA Level 4 Technical Specialist capability or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience administering Jira and Microsoft Fabric.\nStrong understanding of platform governance, user management, and operational support.\nExperience producing technical and architectural documentation.\nAbility to facilitate architecture reviews and collaborate with enterprise architecture teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.\nAbility to explain architectural concepts and technical solutions to a range of stakeholders.\nAvailability to work from the Brisbane office.\n Why NCS?\nThis is a place for people who like to get stuck in, bring ideas to life and make things happen.
