The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and implementing AI systems in enterprise environments.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams-including inhouse solution team, operations, and business stakeholders-to translate real-world problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.\nWhat will you do?\nAI Development & Engineering\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for prediction, classification, automation, and natural language processing.\nFine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or enterprise models.\nBuild AI agents, retrieval systems (RAG), vector databases, and workflow automation pipelines.\nDevelop APIs and microservices to integrate AI components into enterprise systems.\nData Engineering & MLOps\nPrepare, clean, and transform large datasets for model training and inference.\nImplement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.\nEnsure model performance, reliability, and drift detection in production environments.\nSolution Design & Architecture\nParticipate in solutioning, feasibility studies, and architecture planning.\nEvaluate and compare models, frameworks, and cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).\nEnsure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nWork with business teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and prototypes.\nPresent technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in building AI/ML systems (or strong project portfolio for junior roles).\nProven experience delivering production-grade AI applications.\nExperience building intelligent chatbots, agents, or AI copilots.\nUnderstanding of software development best practices (Git, CI/CD).\nExperience with AIOps, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance.\nKnowledge of enterprise IT operations or managed services environments.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking.\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams.\nClear communication and documentation skills.\nLead a small team to implement AI solutions.\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
