This is a full-time, onsite position that plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions within the banking sector. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives. Your expertise in banking operations and systems will be vital to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our organisation.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nGather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders within the banking sector\n\nConduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed business and technology solutions\n\nCreate detailed functional specifications, use cases and process flows for development teams\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery\n\nPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimisations to enhance operational efficiency\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations and solution designs\n\nProvide post-implementation support and perform root cause analysis for any issues that arise\n\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders to facilitate clear communication\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring system performance and suggesting enhancements\nQualifications\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nBanking sector experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in banking operations, financial services or related banking technology roles\n\nBusiness analysis expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements\n\nSystems and processes knowledge: Strong understanding of banking systems, workflows and regulatory compliance requirements in the financial sector\n\nTechnical proficiency: Familiarity with banking platforms, core banking systems and relevant software tools;
