Bridge business needs and technical innovation, guiding clients through modernization journeys with a focus on automation, security, and operational excellence.\nWhat will you do?\nModernization & Architecture Leadership\nAssess customer IT and application landscapes, identifying opportunities for modernization and cloud migration.\nDesign and architect cloud-native, microservices, and API-driven solutions, incorporating AI and automation where applicable.\nDevelop modernization strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, replace) with security and compliance as core principles.\nDocument current-state architectures and propose target-state solutions, including DevSecOps pipelines and AI augmentation.\nDevSecOps Enablement\nArchitect, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Python.\nIntegrate security controls and automated testing into all stages of the software development lifecycle.\nOperate, manage, and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.\nLead the adoption of DevSecOps practices across cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDelivery & Execution Oversight\nOversee technical delivery of modernization projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, enterprise standards, and regulatory frameworks.\nCollaborate with development, cloud engineering, DevOps, and data/AI teams for successful implementation.\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring quality, performance, security, and reliability benchmarks are met.\nCustomer Engagement & Advisory\nConduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand client needs and present modernization strategies.\nCreate solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for RFPs and client presentations.\nAdvise clients on industry best practices, technology standards, and emerging trends in cloud, DevSecOps, and AI.\nThe ideal candidate should possess:\nTechnical Skills\nDeep understanding of legacy systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architecture paradigms (microservices, containers, APIs).\nHands-on expertise in CI/CD tools, scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell), and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).\nPractical experience integrating security into DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps).\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled application components, observability, distributed tracing, and performance benchmarking.\nKnowledge of software development and collaboration tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence, consult, and build trust with technical and business stakeholders.\nTeam player with leadership qualities and a positive, proactive attitude.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nCloud Architect certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nDevOps/DevSecOps certifications.\nTOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n6+ years of experience in Cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and application modernization.\nExperience in presales, customer-facing solutioning, or architectural advisory.\nExperience delivering solutions for regulated industries (e.g., government, finance) is a strong plus.\nWe are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
