You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.\nWhat will you do?\nApply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure\nEnsure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications\nAbility to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous\nAbility to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous\nParticipate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like Cloud Endure, Azure Migrate with more than 20 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred\nCollaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimization for the client’s environment\nMaintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the cloud space\nAbility to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role\n Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline\nAt least two years of IT experience in Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nProficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, including hands-on experience in deploying and managing infrastructure and services.\nHands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and management of containerized applications in cloud environments Strong understanding of networking principles, security best practices, and experience in implementing secure and resilient network architectures in the cloud.\nExperience in setting up monitoring and alerting for databases to track performance metrics, identify potential issues, and optimize database configurations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness\nExtensive experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimising cloud-based application services, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, logging systems, performance monitoring, and common application stack issues.\nStrong understanding of networking principles, security best practices, and experience in implementing secure and resilient network architectures in the cloud.\nAbility to set up and configure cloud-based databases such as Azure SQL Database, including defining database schemas, configuring access controls, optimizing database performance, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.\nExperience in implementing backup and recovery strategies for cloud-based databases, including scheduling regular backups, testing recovery procedures, and implementing backup retention policies.\nFamiliarity with cloud cost management and optimization practices to ensure cost-effective use of cloud resources, including databases and backups.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager templates for automating the provisioning and management of cloud resources.\nProficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating tasks and managing cloud resources, including database and backup configurations.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies\nGood communication and teamwork abilities\nSelf-motivated and service-oriented mindset\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
