In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions that defend organizations against evolving cyber threats.\nSolution Design & Architecture\nDesign and architect EPP/EDR solutions including CrowdStrike, Trellix, Trend Micro, and VMware Carbon Black\nDevelop technical design documentation aligned with client requirements and security best practices\nAssess client environments and recommend appropriate endpoint security architectures\nDesign security policies, detection rules, and response workflows tailored to client threat landscapes\nImplementation & Deployment\nInstall and configure EPP/EDR management consoles, agents, and supporting infrastructure\nDeploy endpoint agents across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments\nConfigure security policies, exclusions, and scanning parameters based on vendor best practices\nImplement agent update mechanisms, including air-gapped and relay-based update processes\nConduct functional testing and validation of deployed solutions\nIntegration & Configuration\nIntegrate EPP/EDR solutions with existing security infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, ticketing systems)\nConfigure threat intelligence feeds and automated response actions\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities\nImplement high-availability and disaster recovery configurations where applicable\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans\nConduct Operational Site Acceptance Testing (OSAT) and System Site Acceptance Testing (SSAT)\nPerform performance impact assessments and optimization\nValidate malware detection capabilities and response workflows\nDocumentation & Knowledge Transfer\nProduce comprehensive As-Built documentation including configuration and operations guides\nCreate Technical Design Documents (TDD) detailing solution architecture\nDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing operations and maintenance\nPrepare update and patching operation guides\nDeliver knowledge transfer sessions to client operations teams\n Proven experience designing, deploying, and configuring enterprise Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trellix, Trend Micro, Carbon Black).\n Due to project sensitivity, we will only consider Singapore Citizen\nStrong skills in integrating EPP/EDR with SIEM, SOAR, and ticketing systems, and developing security policies and response workflows.\nHands-on expertise in deploying endpoint agents across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including agent updates and policy configuration.\nAbility to conduct security testing, acceptance validation, and produce technical documentation (TDD, SOPs, As-Built guides).\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge transfer skills, with strong planning and attention to detail.\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
