different teams to drive adoption, and overcome individual and organizational resistance to change.\n\n Contributes to research and efforts to understand and document how data should be best managed and used in the MDM based on laws and best practices\n\n Works with data owners when issues are escalated\n\n Evaluates escalated issues for potential solutions to resolve\n\n Determines if an unresolved issue requires further escalation\n\n Works with all resources to ensure that business rules are implemented properly to support business needs\n\n Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.\n\nQualifications\nJob Qualifications:\n\n-At least Bachelors degree graduate\n\n-With 2 years above experience in a Data Governance role or in a data governed/regulated environment. \n\n-At least 1-2 end-to-end data governance project Implementation.\n\nWith knowledge of the following:\n\n-Customer Centric Data Solutions\n\n-Data quality\n\n-Big Data architecture
