The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, project managers, and solution architects to gather requirements, analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations.\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.\nProfile, cleanse, validate, and interpret structured and unstructured datasets.\nDesign and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business monitoring and decision-making.\nPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.\nTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.\nDefine and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs.\nCollaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and data availability.\nSupport UAT, data validation, and reconciliation activities.\nPrepare presentations and executive reports for management and clients.\nDocument business logic, data definitions, and analytical processes.\nMust Have\nBachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.\n2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.\nGood understanding of data modelling, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.\nExperience working with large datasets and performing data validation.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to convert business requirements into analytical solutions.\nPreferred\nExperience with Python, R, or Spark for data analysis and automation.\nExperience working in Singapore Government, public sector, banking, or regulated industries.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCC environments.\nKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and analytics lifecycle.
