In this role, you'll work on exciting projects that make a real difference, collaborating with clients and colleagues to design, develop, and deliver innovative low-code solutions that drive business value.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelopment & Delivery\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform\nBuild responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications\nIntegrate OutSystems applications with external systems, databases, and APIs\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment\nCollaboration & Innovation\nWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nContribute to solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations\nShare knowledge and best practices with team members to strengthen our collective capabilities\nQuality & Excellence\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the team\n What We're Looking For\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience developing applications using OutSystems (minimum 2-3 years preferred)\nStrong understanding of OutSystems architecture, components, and best practices\nExperience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration\nUnderstanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)\nTechnical Knowledge\n OutSystems certifications or experience (Associate Developer in O11 and/or ODC) are highly valued\nExperience with relational databases and data modelling\nKnowledge of application security principles and practices\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nSelf-motivated with a passion for learning and staying current with technology trends\nClient-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity -and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
