Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.\nPerform service request related to client platforms.\nMonitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.\nInvolve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.\nPerform follow-up with vendor on replacement of hardware.\nPerform asset management & update asset records.\nPerform user account management (eg. Create password, reset & delete)\nPerform local server administration to facilitate software distribution & patch management service.\nManage client platform implementation / upgrade project.\nEnsure deliverables meet service level requirement.
