The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, working efficiently to ensure optimal system performance and reliability while supporting our team and clients.\nDesign, deploy, and manage software and hardware systems across the organization's infrastructure\nConfigure and maintain network connectivity, routers, and related network components to ensure seamless operations\nConduct comprehensive system implementation projects, including network setup, infrastructure deployment, and application integration\nPerform system troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently while maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders\nMonitor system performance, analyze metrics, and optimize configurations to meet service level agreements and organizational goals\nDevelop and maintain detailed technical documentation, system drawings, and configuration records for future reference and knowledge sharing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate system implementations and support delivery\nConduct site surveys and assessments, interpreting technical specifications and as-built documentation to inform system design decisions\nRespond promptly to incidents and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity\nSupport the onboarding and training of team members on system configurations and best practices\nStay current with industry innovations and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability\n Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting\nDemonstrated expertise in software and hardware systems management\nStrong knowledge of network connectivity, router configuration, and network infrastructure\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, system manuals, and as-built drawings\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues\nProven ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with team members, partners, and clients\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly\nExperience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques\nProject management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting\nFamiliarity with IT service delivery frameworks and best practices\nVendor management experience is a plus\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
