The role focuses on validating that software features and system integrations meet defined requirements through structured functional testing, test planning, and defect analysis across the software development lifecycle.\nWorking closely with development and product teams, the engineer reviews system designs, develops and executes test cases, and analyzes test results to identify issues and improve product quality. The role requires a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, experience with both white-box and black-box testing, and the ability to use programming or scripting languages (such as Java or Python) and SQL to support test execution, data validation, and troubleshooting of system behaviour.\nResponsibilities | CORE\nMentor the Junior QA engineers and efficiently manage the resources to support the projects and ensure the quality delivery\nDefine test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects\nOversees and actively participates in test execution and the development of testing artefacts, including: performance test requirements, defect tracking and reporting, performance test plans, cases, scripts, reports, etc. for assigned projects\nConsult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system\nDefine test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions\nRecommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process\nMaintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes\nMonitor program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation\nFormulate and design software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design\nCreate test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method executionPython & Bash Scripting: Write and maintain Python, Bash script or PowerShell script for automation, deployments, and troubleshooting.\n\nTroubleshooting & Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the reliability of the platform.\nCollaboration: Work closely with other teams to collaborate on any tasks when required.\n Familiar with at least one programming language, like Java, Python…\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes\nHands-on experience with both white box and black box testing\nHands on experience with automated testing tools\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nExperience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.\nUtilize basic knowledge of Linux Based OS to manage servers, deployment environments, and perform necessary scripting.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nStrong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within distributed systems.\nNice-to-Have:\nBasic knowledge of AI concepts and video analytics technologies like OpenCV or FFmpeg.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process\nExperience with performance and/or security testing is plus\nExperience working in a multinational corporation or worldwide enterprise\nExperience to use selenium testing framework\nSelf-motivated\nFluent in English writing and speaking\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to deliver high-quality work.\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team\nStrong time management, willingness to learn new technologies\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
