You will collaborate across teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.\nResponsibilities | CORE\nLead, deliver, and maintain infrastructure projects within time, scope, and cost parameters\nEnsure project delivery quality and compliance with standards and methodologies\nPlan and establish project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans\nManage issues related to scope definition, disputes, and integration of multiple project components\nOversee hardware, software, and system integration activities including migration and testing\nManage project financials, ensuring accurate cost and revenue forecasting\nOversee implementation in alignment with schedules, budgets, manpower, and quality metrics\nResolve project overrun issues promptly and effectively\nTrack project progress and report updates to senior management and customers\nMobilize and optimize team resources to maximize productivity and efficiency\nLead smooth project transitions to operations in compliance with customer requirements and processes\nManage project operations to maintain service levels, avoiding financial penalties and security incidents\nManage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor engagements to ensure successful project outcomes\nEngage stakeholders effectively in project decisions and execution\nBuild long-term customer relationships by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations\nNegotiate change control mechanisms and prioritize requests based on business needs\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, engineers, and vendors\nOversee project scope, budget, and risk management activities\nManage government-approved vendors and understand public-sector procurement processes\nProvide leadership, guidance, and performance management for project team members\nConduct team reviews and foster continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration\nPromote teamwork, ownership, and communication within project teams\nMinimum three years of project management experience in IT infrastructure delivery\nStrong understanding of Data Center Infra (network, System & Security) Implementation experience\nExperience in project financial management, risk management, and service transition\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills\nExperience managing public-sector projects in Singapore.
