Project Delivery & Technical Leadership\nProvide strong technical leadership in large-scale or complex project(s) independently.\nDefine system-level application architecture, including high-level design, architecture principles, coding standards, integration strategies, and risk mitigation measures.\nLead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.\nArchitect and implement microservices-based solutions, API designs, and distributed systems.\nOversee application framework design and ensure best practices, reusable components, and enterprise patterns are adopted.\nMaintain control over the architecture throughout the entire SDLC, making critical adjustments to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.\nParticipate in requirements analysis to validate feasibility, highlight gaps, and identify potential challenges.\nDevelop technical blueprint independently, ensuring system meets both functional and non-functional requirements.\nEnsure best practices, frameworks and re-useable components are employed in the project.\nEngage customers and stakeholders to articulate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and technical considerations.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and support development teams in resolving architectural or integration problems.\n2. Organisation Development\nCoach, mentor, and guide Associate Architects, Architects, and technical teams.\nShare knowledge through internal forums, Communities of Practice (CoPs), and technical workshops.\nDevelop and conduct in-depth technical training materials or courses.\nContribute to organisational knowledge repositories based on project learnings and best practices.\n3.
