This role will head a team of Systems Integration engineers and AI developers to design and deliver solutions that enable Telco operators to achieve TM Forum Autonomous Network Level 4+. You will engage at a leadership level with Telco customers, providing thought leadership and driving strategic initiatives\nResponsibilities:\nStrategy & Leadership\nDefine and implement the Autonomous Network strategy for CSP customers.\nLead a cross-functional team of Network domain engineers, SI engineers, SW DevOps developers, AI developers and Infrastructure engineers to deliver TM Forum Level 4+ autonomous solutions.\nProvide leadership-level engagement with global Telco customers, influencing transformation roadmaps.\nSolution Design & Integration\nResponsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end technology solutions that align with CSP business objectives and technical constraints.\nArchitect and integrate OSS/BSS systems for fault, performance, configuration/change, and service management.\nEnsure interoperability between legacy systems and next-generation platforms (SDN/NFV, cloud-native, intent-based networking).\nEvaluate technologies and vendors for solution fit and integration feasibility.\nAI & Autonomous Networks\nDevelop and implement AI/ML and GenAI models for predictive maintenance, self-healing, and self-optimizing networks.\nDrive closed-loop automation, digital twins, and intent-based orchestration aligned with TM Forum standards.\nLead the AI/automation portfolio for wireless and wireline networks, including orchestration and AI-driven solutions.\nThought Leadership & Governance\nProvide thought leadership in network strategy, AI/GenAI models, and end-to-end automation.\nEngage in architecture, deployment, and strategic planning for Telco transformation.\nOversee vendor integration, governance frameworks, and performance optimization.\nProvide transition planning between current-state and target-state capabilities across domains\n Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred).\n15+ years of experience in Telco networks engineering and operations, with proven delivery of autonomous network solutions\nFamiliarity with TM Forum standards in Autonomous Networks and Intent-based networking.\nExpertise in TM Forum Autonomous Network Level 4+ design and implementation, OSS/BSS integration and orchestration, Zero-touch operations and AI/ML-driven automation and AIOps\nDemonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver complex integration projects.\nStrong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.\nProficiency in translating business requirements into end-to-end functional and technical solution designs\nAble to assess technical trade-offs, manage design decisions, and provide solution alternatives\nStrong systems integration and software delivery background, including cloud-native and enterprise IT architectures\nArchitecture design skills across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers\nExperience designing target-state architectures, transition roadmaps, and integration strategies\nKnowledge of interoperability standards, APIs, service-oriented architecture, container orchestration (K8s), microservices and event-driven systems\nProficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native services\nExpertise in cloud-native, hybrid, and legacy architecture models\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)\nExperience with Agile delivery methods, backlog management, and cross-functional team coordination\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and operational governance processes\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
