This role provides 24x7 standby onsite and remote troubleshooting support, onsite hardware replacement, security patches, and firmware or software upgrades of network and security devices while ensuring SLA contractual obligations are met.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork & Security Operations:\nPerform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hot fixes\nConfigure network devices (Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series switches, routers, F5) at basic to intermediate level\nManage and troubleshoot firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)\nReplace faulty hardware and prepare replacement devices with identical firmware, software, and patches\nIdentify and resolve network and security issues promptly\nSupport & Incident Management:\nProvide technical support to end-users and escalate issues when necessary\nParticipate in 24x7 rotational standby support for all clients to ensure SLA compliance\nRespond to network and security incidents promptly\nParticipate in incident response drills and post-incident reviews\nUpdate incident tickets accurately and regularly\nCompliance & Documentation:\nAdhere to client security and cyber hygiene policies\nRespond to security audits and vulnerability assessments\nDocument network problems and resolutions for future reference\nConduct and maintain preventive maintenance reports as contractually obligated\nCollaborate with engineers to maintain comprehensive network and security documentation\nFollow all operational processes and escalate to senior engineers as required\n Minimum 3 years of network and security experience and exposure\nCisco Catalyst 9000 Series switches configuration and troubleshooting\nCheck Point firewall management and support\n Palo Alto Networks Firewall administration and maintenance\nGood knowledge of networking protocols and architectures\nBasic or intermediate skill in switches, routers, and F5 load balancers\nExperience with Fortinet firewalls (advantageous)\nCisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) - advantageous\nCheck Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) - advantageous\nPalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) - advantageous\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
