The program manager must have practical experience of having been a project manager for large and complex initiatives.\n\nDuties and Resposibilities\n\n Leads the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department. \n\n Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.\n\n Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various Managers\n\nQualifications\nJob Specifications:\n\nEducation – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.\n\nRelated Work Experience – \n\n At least 5 years of experience as an IT Professional, with 5+ years experience in Project Management.\n\n 5+ years of experience with a full product lifecycle with an understanding of the development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.\n\n Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.\n\n Proven success in providing leadership for project teams \n\n Experience in providing roadmap to clients\n\n Focus on Customer Success Management metrics and implementation\n\n Experience in handling industry specific related programs and Operations\n\n Experience in handling Program PnL\n\n Certifications is a plus\n\n Professional Scrum Master II \n\n Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification\n\nKnowledge – \n\n Project Management\n\n Resource Management\n\n Stakeholder Relationship management\n\n Financial Management\n\n Contract Management\n\n Governance\n\nSkills:\n\n Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these interfacing, and decision-making skills.\n\n Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.\n\n Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with a cross-functional team.\n\n Must have the decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.\n\n Must have a passion for new consumer technology and the emerging mobile landscape.\n\n Excellent scoping and estimation skills.\n\n Must have exceptional communication skills and presentation skills\n\n Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills\n\n Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.\n\n Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business
