Our diverse workforce of 14,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region.\n The Senior Lead Consultant is responsible to lead the development of the proposal and tender presentation etc and to support documentation relating to services provided by the team.\nWhat will you do?\nCorporate/ BAS Strategic Planning & Execution\nProvide inputs and support the development of the AOP for the practice\nSupport the execution of the strategic initiatives that are aligned to NCS, BAS and the consulting practice\nService Innovation and Development\nSupport the design and development of innovative solutions for existing service\nSupport the design and development of new innovative service offering to ensure competitiveness and increase the value\nSupport the design and development of up-to-date marketing collaterals for the consulting practice\nSupport the design and development of methodology, templates, tools to ensure service delivery\nStrategic Capability Development\nSupport the documentation of new strategic capabilities for the practice\nSupport the documentation of intellectual property (e.g. thought leadership/ points of view) of topics relating to the practice\nBusiness Development\nLead the development of the proposal and tender presentation\nSupport the business development opportunity\nSupport the development of the value proposition of the consulting offering and each proposal\nProject Delivery\nResponsible for the financials of the project assigned\nLead and ensure the completion of team's project deliverables within allocated budget and timeline\nSupport setting of standards, design and develop high quality templates for team\nEnsure high standard of delivery by staff/ within team\nComply to corporate governance\nEnsure staff’s compliance\nImprove work process within the team\nImprove methodology, templates, tools to ensure operation excellence (e.g. shorten delivery timeline, reduce effort)\nCustomer/Partner Relationship Management\nSupport the development of long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery\nManage customer relationship at project management level for project responsible\nSupport the development of strategic partnerships with internal parties to strengthen the practice’s go to market and delivery model, hence increasing the competitiveness of the practice\nTeam/ People Management\nManage resource plan for the project\nEnsure self's billability and utilisation rate\nCoach and manage team and individual consultants\nDevelop high performing, cohesive teams within the project\nCreate and provide opportunities for staff development within the project\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline\nAt least 7 years of related experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery Management\nITIL certifications are preferred\nGood communication skills in English\nTeam player who is able to work independently\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
