Collaborates with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure continuous optimization.\n\n Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.\n\n Design, develop, and test robust and scalable automation workflows and solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring they meet business requirements.\n\n Manage the deployment of RPA solutions to production environments using UiPath Orchestrator, monitor their performance, and provide timely support for any issues.\n\n Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and deliver successful automation projects.\n\n Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed automation processes, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).\n\n Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency, reliability, and performance.\n\n Adhere to and contribute to RPA development best practices, including code standards, version control, and exception handling.\n\nQualifications\n\n Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n Certifications: Preferred – UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).\n\n Related Work Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, with a strong understanding of the complete RPA project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).\n\n Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.\n\n Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.\n\n Extensive hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Robots.\n\n Knowledge – \n\n Deep understanding of process design, exception handling, logging, and version control in RPA development.\n\n Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or Python for workflow logic and integration;
