The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical architects, and development teams to ensure Salesforce implementations align with business objectives and industry best practices.\nWhat will you do:\nLead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.\nAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.\nDesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.\nCollaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design.\nConfigure and develop solutions within PSS (Public Sector Solutions) with hands-on expertise\nLead functional consultants and mentor junior team members.\nManage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization.\nSupport system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nEnsure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.\nFacilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates.\nDrive user adoption through training and change management activities.\nSupport production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.\n The ideal candidate should possess:\n6-10+ years of IT consulting experience.\n5-8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.\nExperience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.\nExperience in Agile delivery environments.\nStrong knowledge of:\nPublic Sector Solutions (PSS)\nSales Cloud\nService Cloud\nExperience Cloud\nSalesforce Platform\nBusiness process analysis\nRequirement elicitation and documentation\nAgile/Scrum methodologies\nUser story writing\nProcess mapping (BPMN)\nSalesforce declarative configuration\nData migration concepts\nIntegration fundamentals (REST APIs, middleware)\nSecurity and sharing model understanding\nUAT planning and execution\nPreferred Certifications\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\nSalesforce Business Analyst\nSalesforce Platform App Builder\nSalesforce Sales Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Service Cloud Consultant\nExperience Cloud Consultant (preferred)\nPlatform Strategy Designer (preferred)\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
