NCS is a subsidiary of the Singtel Group.\n We are seeking a hands-on SAP Basis Administrator with approximately 5 years of experience to support SAP ECC, BW, Gateway/Fiori, GRC, Enterprise Portal and OpenText environments running on SAP HANA/Linux and SAP ASE/Windows.\nThe role covers SAP Basis administration, production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, transports, backup/recovery and HA/DR operations.\nWhat will you do:\nSAP Basis & Application Support\nAdminister and support SAP ECC, BW, Gateway/Fiori, GRC, Enterprise Portal and OpenText.\nMonitor SAP systems, application servers, work processes, system logs and background jobs.\nTroubleshoot SAP dumps, locks, update failures, RFCs, jobs, spool and interface issues.\nPerform SAP instance start/stop, profile/parameter administration and kernel patching.\nManage SAP transports using STMS across DEV, QA and Production.\nSupport Gateway/OData services, Fiori connectivity, GRC RFCs, Portal and OpenText integration.\nSAP HANA & Linux\nSupport SAP HANA 2.0 on Linux.\nMonitor HANA services, CPU, memory, data/log volumes, alerts and database capacity.\nSupport HANA backup/restore, patching, upgrades and performance troubleshooting.\nSupport SAP HANA System Replication (HSR), including monitoring, takeover and failback.\nAdminister SLES Pacemaker/Corosync HA clusters.\nTroubleshoot SAPHanaSR/SAPHanaSR-angi, STONITH/fencing, quorum and cluster resources.\nParticipate in HANA HA/DR testing.\nSAP ASE & Windows\nSupport SAP ASE on Windows Server.\nMonitor database availability, space, transaction logs, backups and performance.\nTroubleshoot ASE errors and SAP/ASE connectivity.\nSupport ASE patching and upgrades.\nAdminister Windows Server and support Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC).\nMonitor cluster nodes/resources and troubleshoot quorum, network, storage and failover issues.\nSecurity, Backup & Production Support\nManage SAP SSL/TLS, PSEs and certificates using STRUST.\nSupport SAP Web Dispatcher HTTPS/SSL configuration.\nSupport SAP security patching and vulnerability remediation.\nMonitor HANA/ASE backups and participate in restore and DR exercises.\nPerform incident troubleshooting across SAP, database, OS, network and HA layers.\nParticipate in 24×7 on-call support, where required.\n The ideal candidate should possess:\nApproximately 3 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience.\nProduction experience with SAP ECC/BW.\nExperience with HANA on Linux and ASE on Windows.\nHands-on exposure to HANA System Replication, Pacemaker/Corosync and WSFC.\nGood troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.\nWillingness to support production systems and after-hours maintenance.\nSkills required:\nSAP Basis: Strong\nSAP ECC/BW: Strong/Intermediate\nGateway/Fiori, GRC, Portal, OpenText: Intermediate\nSAP HANA 2.0: Intermediate-Strong\nHANA System Replication: Intermediate\nSLES/RHEL: Intermediate-Strong\nPacemaker/Corosync: Intermediate\nSAP ASE: Intermediate\nWindows Server & WSFC: Intermediate\nSAP Web Dispatcher: Intermediate\nSSL/TLS / STRUST: Intermediate\nRFC / STMS / Troubleshooting: Strong\nBackup/Restore & DR: Intermediate\nShell scripting: Basic-Intermediate\nPreferred\nExperience with SAP Web Dispatcher, Apache, SSL/mTLS, SNC, NetBackup, SAP Solution Manager, STONITH and SAP security vulnerability remediation.\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
