The role involves establishing project plans, risk management strategies, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business users and architects. The Project Manager oversees daily project execution, budget, manpower, and quality while liaising with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. The position also requires team leadership, effective vendor management, and business development support to expand service opportunities.\nWhat will you do:\nEstablish project plans, risk management plans, milestones, and deliverables with users and architects\nManage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and quality on a daily basis\nDefine project scope and manage change control mechanisms\nAnalyse and document requirements across business users and managers\nEscalate and discuss issues such as overruns, scope creep, and resource requirements with leadership\nOversee integration of hardware, software, testing, and data conversion components\nMonitor critical path activities and adjust schedules to meet deadlines\nManage resources including hardware, software, and human resources within budget\nReview project documentation for compliance with standards and customer requirements\nDefine project resources, conduct performance reviews, and oversee post-implementation evaluations\nNegotiate with vendors to secure adequate resources across project phases\nBuild relationships with users, technical staff, and management to resolve system issues\nManage contracts and subcontractors effectively\nNegotiate change requests with customers based on business needs\nCommunicate project issues and clarifications clearly with customers\nIdentify expansion or service improvement opportunities and liaise with Account Managers\nParticipate in pre-sale activities when required\n The ideal candidate should possess:\nMinimum 5 years of SAP project management experience\nMinimum 10 years of IT services experience\nBachelor’s degree or higher\nExperience in Singapore Public Sector SAP projects\nPast experience in full SAP project implementation and SAP application support\nProficient in written and spoken English\nAbility to travel as required\nPreferred Attributes\nSelf-motivated with positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills\nExcellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to lead and maintain respectful and trusting relationships\nStrong leadership and team management capabilities\nAbility to anticipate and exceed customer expectations\nSkilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance management\nProfessional and/or Technical Certifications\nPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
