Ensures that the team follows the scrum methodology and keeps the team on track, productive, and growing in ability.\n\n Scrum Master (Internal Role)\n\n Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).\n\n Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, practices, and values.\n\n Remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.\n\n Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.\n\n Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to stakeholders and management.\n\n Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog.\n\n Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.\n\n Ensure transparency and open communication within the team and with stakeholders.\n\n Promote continuous improvement within the team and the organization.\n\n Manage project releases and sprints.\n\nQualifications\n\n Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.\n\n Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus\n\n Related Work Experience – 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum in software development projects.
