The role ensures smooth execution of operational initiatives, readiness activities, and change implementations while maintaining alignment with agreed processes and governance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nGovernance & Coordination\nAct as the primary coordination point for operational and project-related activities.\nTrack action items, owners, and due dates across meetings and governance forums.\nDrive follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.\nEscalate risks, issues, and dependencies when required.\nProcess & SOP Management\n\nDevelop, review, maintain, and track operational SOPs and work instructions.\nCoordinate reviews with stakeholders and customers.\nEnsure operational processes remain current and aligned with governance requirements.\nConsolidate feedback and drive closure of process review comments.\nOperational Readiness\n\nCoordinate readiness activities for infrastructure, application, and operational changes.\nFacilitate readiness reviews and implementation planning.\nSupport transition and rollout activities.\nTesting Coordination\n\nCoordinate testing activities between project, infrastructure, and application teams.\nTrack testing readiness, completion status, issues, and mitigation plans.\nFacilitate discussions relating to test coverage, schedules, and operational impacts.\nEnsure appropriate approvals and sign-offs are obtained before implementation\nRisk & Issue Management\n\nMaintain visibility of project and operational risks.\nTrack mitigation plans and issue resolution activities.\nPrepare updates for governance reviews and management discussions.\nHighlight matters requiring management attention\n Due to government project sensitivity, we will only consider Singapore Citizen\n7+ years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or IT operations management\n3+ years in a senior, lead, or architect-level infrastructure role\nKnowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks and best practices\nDemonstrated experience in disaster recovery planning and business continuity management\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams\nExperience mentoring and leading technical teams\nPreferred: Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
