In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Windows Server environments and enterprise system deployment infrastructure. You will work efficiently to ensure seamless operations, security compliance, and reliable system performance across our organization.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Windows Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, forests, and organizational units\nAdminister and optimize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and system compliance\nManage user and computer accounts, group policies, and access controls within Active Directory environments\nMonitor system performance, security, and health; identify and resolve issues proactively\nPlan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches using SCCM to minimize downtime\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans\nCollaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement solutions\nEnsure compliance with security policies and industry standards across Windows Server environments\nPerform regular system audits and optimization to maintain efficiency and security\nProvide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff and end-users on system-related matters\n 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure\nAdvanced proficiency with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment and patch management\nStrong expertise in Active Directory administration, including user management, group policies, and security configurations\nSolid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and enterprise IT infrastructure\nProficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks\nExperience with identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions\nStrong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExperience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures\nPreferred: Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) related to Windows Server or Active Directory\nPreferred: Experience with hybrid cloud environments or Azure Active Directory integration\n We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity -and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
