Learning Data Management and Analysis\nCollect and consolidate training participation data from different sources\nMaintain and update learner attendance and completion records\nAnalyse learning trends, feedback results, and engagement metrics\nPrepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making\n2. Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Coordination\nLiaise with trainers, programme leads, and learning participants to gather requirements and feedback\nSupport the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and Dojo events\nAssist in preparing presentation materials, communications, and updates for stakeholders\n3. Process Improvement and Automation\nIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting and administrative processes\nSupport the automation of recurring reports and data collection activities\nRecommend improvements based on data insights and user feedback\n4. Event and Project Support\nParticipate in Dojo initiatives and cross-functional projects\nTrack project progress, risks, and action items\nPrepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation\nConduct research and benchmarking to support programme enhancements\n5.
