You will support key talent programmes and initiatives focused on developing and engaging high-potential talent across NCS.
Management Associate Programme
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of the next cohort of Management Associates.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
- Support engagement and development initiatives for Management Associates.
- Assist in organising learning, networking and other programme activities.
Jedi Programme
- Support the implementation of talent development programmes in Singapore and across the region.
- Coordinate programme activities such as Jedi Circles, Camps and other development initiatives.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to support programme planning and delivery.
Talent Analytics & Other Initiatives
- Support data analysis and dashboarding for talent programmes.
- Review talent engagement scores and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in translating data and feedback into actionable insights.
- Support other talent management and development initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in talent management, learning and development, or human resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and able to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage.
- Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.

- Confident and effective in engaging with different stakeholders.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Driven to learn and grow, with a strong interest in contributing to both personal and team development.
