In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver designs that enhance usability and engagement.\nRequirements\nUser Research & Analysis\nConduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.\nBenchmark design patterns and user experiences against industry standards and competitors.\nProvide insights to guide design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.\nDesign Strategy & Development\nDefine and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business objectives.\nCollaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.\nInteraction Design & Visual Craft\nDesign intuitive navigation flows and interactive elements that enhance usability.\nApply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout for visually appealing interfaces.\nEnsure accessibility compliance and responsive design across devices.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs on time and within scope.\nParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.\nSupport development teams during implementation to maintain design integrity.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.\nContribute to team success by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior designers.\nContinuously iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.\nMust Haves\nBachelor’s degree in Design or related field.\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology.\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe.\nStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.\nExperience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.\nExcellent visual design skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain platforms, with an understanding of complex financial workflows.\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure seamless collaboration with developers.\nStrong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles for inclusive user experiences.\nAbility to create and maintain design systems for consistency across multiple products.\nExperience with data visualization and designing interfaces for financial dashboards.\nMotion design or micro-interaction expertise to enhance user engagement.\nUnderstanding of security and compliance considerations in financial services UX.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Compensation \nExtended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision) \nLife Insurance \nPaid Time Off \nPotential Equity or Stock Option Plan \nTraining & Development Opportunities \nBonus -
