A Professional Engineering license is preferred. Experience with structural analysis programs such as STAAD.pro is a plus.\nJob Responsibilities\nReview design requirements and establish design criteria. \nDevelop design sketches for arrangement of structures and connection details.\nDevelop structural calculations by hand or with computer analysis program to demonstrate code compliance. \nDevelop design reports documenting the suitability of designs against requirements. \nReview and check engineering drawings of structures.\nCommunicate with others on the project team and with the customer’s technical personnel.\n Minimum RequirementsMust be a US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.\nMust possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mechanics or Civil Engineering.\nHave 3 years of professional experiencein civil and structural engineering.
