Aufgaben

Die Position verbindet operativen IT-Support mit der Administration von Clients, Servern und Netzwerken. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team wirst du die Clients der Unternehmensgruppe betreuen sowie Integrationsprojekte und die laufende Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur unterstützen.

  • 1st Level Support (Windows, Office, iOS, Hotline)
  • Client-Administration Windows
  • Server-Administration (Windows, AD, MS SQL, Exchange, Ubuntu)
  • Netzwerkadmin (bevorzugt Lancom)
  • Abwicklung/Unterstützung bei diversen Integrationsprojekten
  • Hardware Einkauf / Lagerhaltung

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Problemen als Support Engineer oder ähnlichen Positionen (Windows, MSOffice etc.)
  • Freude an der Lösung von IT-Problemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Netzwerke (CISCO, LANCOM) von Vorteil
  • B-Führerschein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
